How many items come in one scoop?

Each scoop contains approximately 15 to 20 items. All items from Kiki are of high quality, they are definitely worth it!

Can I choose specific colors or items?

You can leave your preferences in the order notes. While we can't guarantee every request, we will always try our best to follow your likes and dislikes.

Can I request items I don't want?

Yes! You may request up to three items to be excluded.

How long is shipping?

Processing usually takes 3 - 7 days, depending on order volume. Shipping takes 4 - 6 business days to arrive for international shipping. Free shipping for orders over $50.

What shipping address is accepted?

We ship worldwide, PO box is not accepted.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or refunds for not receiving the exact items you hoped for. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.

Will my packing video get posted on social media platforms?
